  • Where are you located?
    • We are conveniently located in the Patterson Enterprises building along Army Drive in Barrigada Heights next to JK Tiles.
  • Can I store food and/or perishable items?
    • No. We pride ourselves in a clean, pest free, storage environment. To help ensure that our facility remains so, our rental terms forbid food storage.
  • Is there a minimum rental contract period?
    • Our rentals agreements are month-to-month. You can choose to move out at any time and will only be responsible for your rent for the last month that you occupy the storage unit.
  • Can my business rent storage space?
    • Yes, we welcome all types of tenants!
  • Do you provide insurance for my items in storage?
    • Our company is well insured for liability. This would cover for any loss claims that are a direct result of some type of negligence on our part.
      However, since we do not offer bonded storage, if you are storing valuable items that you would like to insure for theft, damage or loss, we suggest you inquire with a local insurance carrier for coverage.
  • Do you provide transportation services?
    • No. We do not provide any van or transport services.
  • Do you have convenience carts at your facility?
    • Yes. We have convenience carts readily available in our facility. Pallet jacks, forklifts and container loading dock spaces are available on special request.
