Opened in 2011, Guam Self Storage is Guam's most secure and safest small storage rental facility. 15,000 square feet of the Patterson Enterprises building houses 200 individual rental storage units. The facility is fully concrete, making it impervious to the dangers of typhoon force winds that Guam is prone to.
